3. Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed with in 5 to 7 working days once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • We will notify you via email once your refund has been approved and processed.
  • Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method or bank.
