1. Refund Request:

2. Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed with in 5 to 7 working days once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We will notify you via email once your refund has been approved and processed.
- Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method or bank.
